Looking Good Naked Is Simple, not easy.

Walking one hour a day is simple, not easy.  

Staying consistent with your diet is simple, not easy.  

Doing 100 push-ups and 100 bodyweight squats 4 times a week is simple, not easy.  

Not drinking more than two servings of an alcoholic beverage a day is simple, not easy.  

Eating a serving of vegetables and a serving of protein with every meal is simple, not easy.  

Not snacking between meals is simple, not easy.

Preparing your meals is simple, not easy.

Not eating fast food is simple, not easy.

Getting rid of stress in your life is simple, not easy.
